Neemrana Fort, Rajasthan…in pictures

When you have been off travel for almost one and a half years and you get the slightest opportunity for a weekend getaway from the city to a nearby town, I am sure you don’t want to miss the opportunity. So, I was pretty much ecstatic to go to Neemrana, a small town in Alwar District of Rajasthan last week with friends and family. The town has nothing much to offer except a Fort Palace which has been turned into a hotel in the recent times. The Palace has awesome stay options with rooms styled in traditional Rajasthani design with Sheesham furniture and blue pottery. The Palace offers swimming pool, dining options in open restaurants, ride of the town in vintage car and adventure sports such as zip-lining.

We did not stay in the Palace but a nearby hotel and visited the Palace for a day. Sharing with you some pictures of the palace that will definitely make you want to visit it.

The visit to this Palace was pretty interesting. I am sure the stay would be absolutely fantastic as the Palace gave a royal feel to the visitors. The view of the town from the Palace was magnificent and it was a visual treat to see the Palace from inside.

So if you are looking for some quiet stay in royalty, you must visit this Palace. And if you want to feel like an emperor, you must stay for a night and enjoy the serene and scenic beauty of this gem of a place!
